  • Office Hours are Monday - Thursday 8:00a-5:00p, closed 12p-2p for lunch

  • We are currently In-Network with Blue Cross Blue Shield ONLY  and BCBS MUST be your Primary provider.

  • Appointments are First Come, First Serve

  • Appointments are REQUIRED!!!

  • MISSED APPOINTMENTS will be charged
